Some few years back, I witnessed and took part of recognizing an emerging group of inspiring visionaries. Some might not know or recognize them, but Silicon Gulf was known as the industry of talents in Davao City. Started by Davao’s IT industry Technopreneurs, Open Source enthusiasts, Bloggers, and the like. Until just some few days ago, I was informed of the revival of Silicon Gulf!
